	This price list is the official LegalSoft Price List.
	* a licence is required for each concurrent user working on the LegalSoft system. No limit is placed on the number of concurrent users.
	*payment option are Debit Order or EFT.

Rental Option 2019

*Payment Terms: Rentals are payable monthly in advance before the last business day of the month prior to the licence month.

*The rental option includes version updates

Purchase Option 2019

Purchasing of the LegalSoft Software is no longer available. Long term pre-paid rentals are available at discounted rates as as shown below:

Previously purchased software license *Updates are charged at R 1 150.00 per annum, per licence

	Customised Software
	All software changes and/or additions such as workflow's, reports, documents, etc. are quotated and billed based on actual time work.
	The Software can be branded to your company's brand.

	Training and Workshops
	Software training and workshops are available at the client's request and will be held at any venue convenient to the client.
	*Prices are available on request.
